UNTAMED MILITARY ISLAND 20 MINUTES FROM HELSINKI CENTRE
This experience is almost unreal. This island was a complete no-go zone to the public between 1918-2016 and has amazing combination of military history and nature’s treasures. Now first time in over a century, you can stay over night - in Tentsiles! They are the only Leave No Trace accommodation shelter that is allowed on this island as this camp is just 100m from the UNESCO heritage site which is also Finland's biggest tourist site.
